Stripe l handles all financial transactions for the Accent Aroma’s store. No one at Accent Aroma has access to your credit card information. Your transactions are secure with the highest levels of security available. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. We are a secure website with a Private SSL Certificate.

Due to the nature of our ‘natural’ merchandise, Accent Aroma cannot assure the purity of the merchandise once it is shipped. Since this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold there will be NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on any of these items. Only damaged Gel Candles will be replaced with identical merchandise or receive a refund. Shipping/Handling costs to you and from you are your sole responsibility. Please pack the merchandise with care because we will not refund or replace items if merchandise is broken or damaged during shipping. We recommend you insure your shipment.

Our products are handmade and made in small batches, so it should be noted that there can be variations in all of our all products scent, color and texture. These variations in no way change the quality of our product. Due to the nature of our ‘natural’ products (no artificial preservatives) do not keep it in extreme heat.

Natural variations are an inherent quality of our products and contribute to their unique value.

It can take up to 7 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Large orders will require additional time to process. If we require additional time to process your order, we will contact you and inform you of the expected shipping date.

**ATTENTION TO PERSONS WITH NUT AND LATEX ALLERGIES** SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SHEA NUT, COCONUT AND HAZEL NUT OIL WHICH ARE CONSIDERED NUTS. PLEASE TEST A VERY SMALL PATCH FIRST BEFORE APPLYING LIBERALLY. IN THE EVENT OF ANY RASH OR IRRITATION, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

SHIPPING IN WARM WEATHER

All of our ‘natural’ products can loss volume and shift during shipping and become soft in warm weather. If this happens place your product in the fridge and keep in a cool place thereafter. It is recommended that you stock up on your ‘natural’ product in cooler weather and store your product in the fridge.
